Alliance Pipeline Valve Body and Header Pipe Blasting and Coating

The underground pipe for this out-of-town project needed blasted and coated.  JCC blasted the existing coating off, and after inspection and repair, we applied a coating that required a plural component paint pump.  The coating that was applied had to stand up to the conditions underground.  Another challenge to this project was working in a trench below grade with a product that had a short potlife.  When the project was finished, the client was not only pleased with the work but with the quick turn-around time as well.
