Maxwell Graphics Printing Solvent Reclamation System Installation

JCC was requested to design, fabricate and install round industrial ductwork.  It was necessary for our team to travel to the customer’s site in Texas to obtain measurements to start the process.  Our manufacturing team fabricated the fume collection ductwork in JCC’s facility working around other production, which required us to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekends, to complete this project quickly for the customer.   Once the fabrication was complete, the fume collection ductwork was shipped to Texas where our installation crews installed it on-site.  There were 2,000 field installation hours and 1,600 fabrication hours spent on the completion of this project.
