Press Brake/Forming

Following a precision-cut, your product moves on to the forming stage.

Our facilities house a total of 5 press brakes allowing us the capability to process significant volume at one time. Our latest edition is the 2018 Accupress brake. This state of the art equipment provides you with accuracy and speed in the forming of aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel parts. It includes:

• 6 Axis Back Gauge allowing for multiple bends in one setup
• 250 Ton bending capacity allowing us to handle products requiring a thicker material

When combined with our Willa Tooling, we achieve the most consistent and precise bends available. Our press brake is capable of bending from thin gauge up to a 1″ plate depending on the length of the part and the type of bend.
