Our Process
At JCC, our contract manufacturing team specializes in a variety of multi-coat wet paint systems. Each part surface will be prepped to ensure appropriate adhesion and then painted to meet your specific requirements. We are capable of painting to your desired mill thickness and insure appropriate thickness using a variety of Elcometers. When you contact JCC for your contract manufacturing painting needs, here are some of the things you can expect from us:
- Our experienced estimating and project management team assures that every job is on time and on budget.
- Contract flexibility- as an alternative to traditionally bid contracts, we also offer negotiated time and materials contracts to fit your budget.
Our Facilities
With two 2,500 square-foot paint rooms totaling 5,000 square-feet, JCC can efficiently paint objects on-site. Room temperatures and humidity levels are closely monitored and records are kept to ensure acceptable conditions.
JCC is proud to announce the arrival of a new 16' x 40' paint booth. This will increase the space available for contract manufacturing projects. Both the current 5,000 square-foot paint room and this new paint booth include a furnace to accelerate the paint drying and curing time.
Another option here at JCC is the use of our new Electrostatic Gun technology. This technology attracts paint to the product surface. This results in increased productivity and an enhanced appearance.
