Alcoa Fume Exhaust Stack Fabrication

This industrial fabrication project shows JCC’s ability to manufacture large weldments as seen on Alcoa’s Fume Exhaust Stack.  The fume exhaust stack was manufactured in our East Moline facility then was shipped and installed at the client’s facility in Tennessee.  The client selected JCC for this project for our ability to respond quickly, our quality of work, and for our previous experience working with aluminum furnaces at local Alcoa facilities.

The project required a very fast turn-around with JCC staff working 12-hour shifts to get this completed quickly to meet the schedule deadline.  Once the fabrication was complete, we mobilized on the job site in Tennessee and completed the installation.
